This website provides information about Maxcasinolic and allows visitors to submit enquiries. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bookings

All bookings, reservations, and confirmations are arranged through direct communication with Maxcasinolic. Submitting a form does not constitute a confirmed booking. A contract is formed only after written confirmation and receipt of any required deposit.

Accommodation

Room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Event Reservations

Event and private casino salon reservations are subject to availability, guest-list approval, and a signed agreement. Maxcasinolic reserves the right to decline any event that does not align with venue policies.

Private Venue Rules

The private gaming salon is a closed, invitation-only space. Photography, recording, and outside food or beverages are not permitted without prior approval. All participants must be of legal age in British Columbia.

Payment Conditions

Deposits may be required to secure accommodation and event dates. Final balances are due according to the agreement. We accept payment methods specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than fourteen days before arrival or event date are eligible for a full deposit refund. Cancellations within fourteen days may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee. Custom policies may apply to large events.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with venue rules, treat staff and property with respect, and conduct themselves appropriately. Maxcasinolic may refuse service or remove individuals who violate these expectations.

Prohibited Activities

Unlawful activity, harassment, excessive intoxication, and unauthorized promotion or filming are prohibited. The casino salon is for private, in-person gatherings only and may not be used for public or online gambling operations.

Liability

Maxcasinolic is not liable for loss, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events. Liability for confirmed bookings is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

All content, images, text, and design on this website are the property of Maxcasinolic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Placeholder images are for demonstration purposes only.

Offline Nature of Services

Maxcasinolic is a 100% offline, in-person venue. The website provides information and enquiry functionality only. The actual services, including accommodation, events, and any casino-related activities, take place physically at our brick-and-mortar location in Whistler, British Columbia. We do not offer online gaming, remote wagering, or digital participation.
